Still no couch…


and I’m not happy. We paid for our “in stock” item on the 10th of May, and when we went to pick it up on the 16th, half the sectional was lost, so we got a piece of crap temporary replacement. They said they’d order the replacement and would take one to two weeks to arrive and yesterday it finally made it to the warehouse. Yes, one month later! When the warehouse guy signing off on the delivery noted the piece of crap side of the sectional, he told hubby that they were pretty much obligated to deliver since it was their error. Now hubby is working with the store manager, because since we picked up the original, they want us to do the grunt work again to get the replacement here. The warehouse manager is on vacation (again) and will be back on Sunday or Monday, but since the warehouse is not open until Tuesday, I don’t expect any answers until then. The store manager says he doesn’t have the authority to authorize the delivery without us paying the delivery fee, and I am *SO* not paying! I just want my freaking couch!
